How It All Converges
In the Mattr platform, AI is an integrated, collaborative ecosystem designed for end-to-end automation :
The User interacts with the App: A Relationship Manager opens a Loan Origination App built via the App Builder.
The App activates the Agent: The App sends the user's request (e.g., "Collect documents for John Doe") to the Agent.
The Agent orchestrates the Skills: The Agent uses its reasoning engine to determine the steps:
Step 1: Uses the Document Upload Skill (from the Skill Library).
Step 2: Uses the PII Guard Skill to sanitize the data.
Step 3: Uses the API Call Skill to send the data to a core system.
